Col. Eli Lozano greets members, during a visit to Walter Reed Army Institute of Research-Armed Forces Research Institute of Medical Sciences, Nov. 29. Lozano along with Command Sgt. Maj. Donald Gross visited the unit for the first time since assuming command of WRAIR. The leaders met with the U.S. Ambassador, Royal Thai Army Director General, RTA Medical Surgeon General, leaders from the Kamphaeng Phet Provincial Hospital among others.
